B&B at Chez Christina in a beautiful large house, ideally placed in a quiet road just off the lively market square in the medieval town of Eymet in the Dordogne.  Originally built circa 1800, recently refurbished to provide French ‘faded elegance’ but with ‘modern conveniences’ J.

The B&B (Bed & Breakfast) accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom / shower-room.

On the ground floor there is a large breakfast room, lounge and courtyard.  Breakfast is a speciality; either 'Full-English' or 'Continental' - all made with fresh local produce wherever possible. Evening meals also available, or in local restaurants.

Chez Christina B&B is run by an English couple (Les and Kathy) who moved to the Dordogne after running a successful and busy pub and restaurant in England.  They will make your stay enjoyable.  See comments from previous guests in our GuestBook.

ABOUT EYMET

Eymet was founded in 1270 and is one of the best preserved Bastide towns in the beautiful Dordogne region.  It lies on a tributary of the Dordogne river and has a medieval arcaded square with bars & restaurants and a weekly market, plus a lively night market (July –Sept.). Eymet is an ideal holiday base for visiting the Dordogne region, or stop for just a night or two when touring, or travelling on to Biarritz or Spain.

WHAT TO DO ON HOLIDAY

If you are looking for a early Spring or Summer Break, there are plenty of things to do and see in the Dordogne area: golf, fishing, canoeing, walking, cycling, horse riding  etc. plus visiting the local vineyards and places of historical interest   - see our Activities page.

GETTING HERE
Eymet is only 25mins from Bergerac airport with budget flights by Ryanair from Bristol, Stanstead, East Midlands and Liverpool, and FlyBe from Birminham, Edinburgh, Exeter, Leeds, Gatwick & Southampton.

And only 1hr 45 from Bordeaux where there's an International Airport and high speed TGV train connection.
